In reply to Alexander Trofimov, if you check out the following link at ~ 39:00, you’ll notice Mark state that all MS Press books are subcontracted for translation. Just before that ~38:00 he shows Chinese and French version of the 4th edition

I believe the 4th Edition was translated to many languages, including Russian — the same will probably hold true for the 5th.

I’ve posted this great news in my blog and received a query: are there plans to translate the book to various languages? I.e. Russian =)
